This program is what Brickwood Strength is all about - creating durable humans and athletes alike by jumping, sprinting, and LIFTING HEAVY $#!& on a regular basis.
The goal of this programming is to make you as generally prepared as possible - strong, fast, and in good shape. Whether your goals are for sport or for life, this program will help you be prepared for anything. All points of the athletic spectrum will be trained on a weekly basis, with emphasis based on different qualities at different points of the year.
This program contains NO FLUFF. Simple - but not easy - is the goal. High frequency strength training with weekly sprinting, jumping, and aerobic training.
